What is Icing type?

Buttercream icing is a sweet, creamy icing used for frosting and decorating cakes.
Fondant is a type of icing that is used to give cakes a professional-looking finish. It is a sugar-based paste with a thick, dough-like consistency that can be rolled out and draped over cakes to give them a smooth, even surface.
A rustic cake finish is a type of cake decoration that gives the cake a simple, natural look. It involves using minimal icing while focusing on the texture of the cake.
No icing consists of keeping the cake exterior intact in order to showcase the natural and organic look of the cake set up.

What is Filling flavor?

Specific ingredients are combined to the buttercream to obtain the desired flavor. For custom colors: food coloring is added to vanilla flavored buttercream to obtain the desired color.

What is Buttercream filling?

Italian buttercream is a sweet meringue-based buttercream made by combining sugar syrup and egg whites. It is light, creamy and fluffy and not too sweet.
American buttercream is made with butter and powdered sugar, and milk. It is creamy and sweet.

Our cakes are all made with 4 layers of “cake” separated by 3 layers of filling. Choosing your cake flavor is choosing what flavor you would like for your cake layers.
